Role Overview

We're seeking a passionate and experienced

Reformer Pilates Instructor

to lead dynamic, alignment-focused classes that prioritize safety, technique, and client engagement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a boutique studio setting and is excited to contribute to a growing wellness community.

Responsibilities

Lead 45-minute group Reformer Pilates classes with clear instruction and positive energy Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate all fitness levels Emphasize breath, alignment, and technique to ensure safe and effective movement Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment Build rapport with clients and foster a supportive class culture Communicate with studio management regarding scheduling, client feedback, and class performance Uphold Studio Republic's values and contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere
Qualifications

Certified in Reformer Pilates from a recognized training program Minimum 1 year of teaching experience preferred Strong understanding of anatomy, movement principles, and injury prevention Excellent communication and interpersonal skills CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Availability for morning, evening or weekend classes is a plus

Pay: $40.00-$75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 10 per week
