We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Pilates techniques and methodologies, with the ability to inspire and motivate clients of all skill levels. As a Pilates Instructor, you will create a welcoming environment that promotes health, wellness, and personal growth through movement.

Duties

Conduct engaging and effective Pilates classes for individuals and groups, ensuring proper form and technique. Develop personalized workout plans tailored to the needs and goals of clients. Provide clear instructions and modifications for various skill levels to ensure safety and effectiveness. Maintain a positive atmosphere that encourages client participation and fosters community. Monitor client progress and provide feedback to help them achieve their fitness goals. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices to enhance class offerings. Promote studio events, workshops, and programs to enhance client engagement.

Skills

Proficiency in English; knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus for bilingual communication. Strong teaching abilities with a focus on clear communication skills. Excellent customer service aptitude to create positive experiences for clients. Effective time management skills to ensure classes run smoothly and on schedule. Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and motivation in clients. Ability to adapt teaching methods based on individual client needs and group dynamics. Pay: $30.00-$60.00 per hour
