QUALIFICATIONS
:
Min. 3 years of experience as a personal trainer and applied personal fitness regimen in a corporate setting
1 year of physiotherapy assistant experience (would be an asset)
Have and maintain a current personal fitness training certification. Accepted certifications include: CanFit Pro, FAS, CPTN, C.H.E.K. Institute, DTS, NSCA-CPT, CSEP-CPT, FMS, NASM, ACE, ISSA or comparable certification -
certificates required PRIOR to hire
Certified in functional movement based training (TRX, Viper, Kettlebell, etc) is an asset
Cross-Training and Freestyle Training Certifications are an asset
Corrective and Rehab Certifications are an asset
Current certification in CPR-LEVEL C, AED and First Aid is required and must be good for at least 3 months after date of hire -
certificates required PRIOR to hire
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office products and professional email etiquette
Sales experience in the fitness industry, would be an asset

Conduct personalized fitness assessments and develop tailored training programs for clients.

Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with them.
Utilize strong customer service skills to foster a welcoming environment and address client inquiries.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall client experience and promote club services.
