We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Personal Trainer to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized training programs. As a Personal Trainer, you will inspire and guide clients in a supportive environment, fostering motivation and progress.

Responsibilities

Provide fitness consultations Develop customized workout plans tailored to individual client needs and goals Conduct one-on-one training sessions, ensuring proper technique and safety Provide ongoing motivation and support to help clients stay committed to their fitness journey Educate clients on exercise routines, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices Track client progress and adjust programs accordingly for optimal results Maintain a clean and organized training environment Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and best practices in fitness training Prospecting for new clients Equipment maintenance and inventory

Experience

Proven experience as a Personal Trainer (minimum 1 year experience). Demonstrated ability to teach and motivate clients of various fitness levels Excellent time management skills to effectively schedule sessions and manage client progress Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire confidence and trust in clients Prior experience working with diverse populations is advantageous Certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, CANFITPRO)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Work Location: In person
