Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, knowledgeable, and client-focused Personal Trainer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for trainers who value quality over quantity, enjoy working closely with clients, and take pride in delivering exceptional coaching experiences.

Responsibilities

Deliver safe, effective, and engaging 1-on-1 personal training sessions Design customized training programs based on client goals, assessments, and progress Conduct fitness assessments and track client results Educate clients on proper exercise technique, movement, and basic lifestyle habits Build strong, professional relationships with clients to support retention and results Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training environment Adhere to all gym policies, safety standards, and scheduling procedures
Qualifications

Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, or equivalent) CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong understanding of strength training, mobility, and injury prevention Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, professional, and coachable Passion for helping clients succeed
Preferred

1+ year of personal training experience Experience working in a private or semi-private training setting Background in corrective exercise, sports performance, or special populations
