We are seeking a skilled and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eyelash extensions and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients. As an Eyelash and Brow Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing the beauty of our clients through the application of eyelash extensions, brow threading, waxing and Tint while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. Your expertise in hospitality and retail sales will help create an unforgettable experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

be able to perform eyelash extension, Lash Lift and Tint. Brow services such as Brow Waxing, threading, Brow Lift and Tit applications with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction. Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations. Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and increase sales. Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on aftercare and maintenance of eyelash and Brow services. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including tools and equipment. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.

Qualifications

Proven experience at least of 2 years as an Eyelash/ Brow Specialist or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of eyelash extension and Brows techniques and products. Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to connect with clients effectively. Experience in hospitality or retail sales is highly desirable. Ability to sanitize tools and maintain cleanliness according to health standards. A passion for beauty services, including, nail care, and body waxing is a plus. Must possess relevant certifications or licenses as required by Provence regulations. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
