Certification Experienced with Point Click Care

Valid police clearance/Vulnerable Sector Check

Class 5 Drivers License & Own reliable transportation FLUENT English, spoken, written, read. Independent thinker Reliable and punctual Experience working with empathy towards clients in the senior demographic Legally available to work in Canada When necessary proof of negative TB Results and Updated Immunization Record Flexible enough to accommodate clients preferred hours Comfortable supporting domestic duties to maintain the home
EXPECTATIONS

Perform custom tailored procedures for which recognized training and current competency can be demonstrated. Ability to perform domestic duties with detail and pride Observe and document client conditions and changes following proper standards and in accordance with professional standards. Understand and implement prevention practices Provide Aids to Daily Living and safe transfer methods, mobility assistance Maintain respect and dignity of clientele Maintain Professionalism Ability to show initiative and work well both independently and work well within a team
