Certified Forklift Operator (ft)

Job Description
Our client is a distribution facility in SE Calgary and they are looking for experienced and certified forklift operators to join the warehouse team! If you would like to work for a company that values hard work, solid teams, and offers a ton of opportunities to grow into larger roles, read on!
Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading heavy products
- Operate a stand up Raymond Reach
- Oversee inventory, pull and receive stock
- Identify and prepare orders for shipment, inspecting for any flaws or damage.
- Regular safety inspections of the forklift, communicating any issues directly to the supervisor.
- Current forklift certification, or experienced and willing to certify
- Comfortable with heavy lifting, able to work in a fast paced environment
- Great organizational skills, able to work independently
- Team player who is happy to help in any way to get the job done
- 2+ years of warehouse experience
- Experience loading, and unloading heavy orders
- Must be a good communicator and proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
- Accountable and responsible for resolving issues proactively and effectively in a timely manner
- Steel-toed boots in good repair
- Free parking, and directly on a transit route
