MGM Financial is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Certified Financial Planner(CFP)

or

CFP Candidate

to join our growing financial advisory team. The ideal candidate will bring strong planning experience and ideally be

licensed

or open to obtaining the license. You'll work closely with the senior advisors to develop tailored financial strategies covering retirement, investment, tax, and estate planning.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Developing and presenting customized financial plans based on clients' goals and life stages Analyzing client data and making informed recommendations across key financial areas Conducting regular client reviews and adjusting plans as needed Staying current with market trends, regulatory updates, and financial planning best practices (If licensed) Recommending and placing mutual fund investments in line with client objectives Collaborating with other advisors and specialists for holistic client service
Qualifications must include:

Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation in good standing Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning or advisory services Strong knowledge of personal finance, tax strategies, investments, and insurance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to fiduciary responsibility and client-first service Experience with financial planning software (Snap Projections, Capintel, etc.) Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $31,431.41-$54,699.67 per year

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
