We are a privately owned dental practice seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Dental Assistant to join our fun and busy team starting as early as September 24, 2025. The ideal candidate will play an important role in helping to provide high quality patient care and ensure the smooth operation of our dental office.

As a certified dental assistant at Aspen Dental Group, your roles will be to:

Assist the dentist during exams and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available Possess great communication skills Maintain accurate and detailed patient records (Cleardent Software) Educate the patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care Be proficient with taking digital dental radiographs Be familiar with the use of intraoral scanners (iTero) Management of appointment scheduling from time to time Maintain cleanliness in the treatment area to adhere to safety protocols, and sterilize instruments*

We have team members that are dedicated to handle instrument sterilization to keep you well taken care of so you can focus on providing exceptional care for our patients!!

SCHEDULE (approx. 33 hours per week plus overtime pay)

Monday: off (extra hours are available if a CDA is sick / away this day)

Tuesday: 8:00-6:00pm (OT eligible)

Wednesday: 8:00-4:30pm (OT eligible)

Thursday: 9:00-7:00pm (OT eligible)

Friday: 8:00-2:00pm

Minimum Requirements: Active BC Certified Dental Assistant License
