Full Time Registered Dental Assistant with their Ortho Module

to join our team.


We are growing at a fast pace and are in need of an additional full time assistant. You will be supported by Dr. Sunny Leong and our existing orthodontic assistants.

SCHEDULE:



Approximately 33 hours per week

Monday - Thursday 7:45am - 4:30pm


KEY QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR:



Completion of a registered Dental Assisting Level II Course is REQUIRED

1-2 years of experience as an RDA is required

Completion of your Orthodontic module is beneficial, however we are looking for the right fit for our office and are willing to train, provided you have 1-2 years experience as a Dental Assistant

Must be registered with the College of Alberta Dental Assistants

Great hand dexterity

Excellent computer and technology skills and experience with a dental practice management software, we use Tops Ortho

Clear verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families Positive, friendly, outgoing people person Ability to provide exceptional patient care Excellent leadership skills Team player

Organized, flexible, professional, and detail oriented

Able to prioritize and work in a busy, fast paced environment

Self-Motivated and willing to take initiative Willingness to learn, grow, and excel
