This is a full-time position that includes two Saturdays per month. The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and function in a team environment.

Job description:

Assist during oral surgery under all levels of sedation, local and general anaesthesia Set up treatment rooms and sterilization Panoramic X-rays and CBCT scans Treatment coordinating complex surgical cases Pre and Postoperative teaching Interest in professional growth, development and quality improvement

Qualifications:

Certified Dental Assistant Excellent patient service skills Pleasing personality with good communication skills Fluent in English; additional language an asset One-year experience Knowledge of dental software Is a fast learner, energetic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment DAANCE, OMAAP or CDAAC are an asset Previous surgical assisting with intravenous sedation is an asset, but we are willing to train.

Pay: $30.00-$37.00 per hour
