This position is for all Saturdays and possibility for additional days in the future.
Assist the dentist during examinations and all dental procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and ready for use.
Sterilize instruments and maintain cleanliness of the treatment area & steri-bay in compliance with safety protocols.
Digital x-ray, intra oral camera & digital scanner
Customer service in a dental setting, maintaining accurate patient records, including medical history and treatment plans
Friendly and dedicated to providing the highest quality of patient care, educating patients on post-operative care, and treatment options
Excellent written and spoken English other languages an asset
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment, as well as independently
Experience with Abeldent software is a big bonus
Previous experience in a dental office is required (Minimum 1 consecutive year)
Dental Assistant Level II Diploma
Valid CPR certification
IPAC certification
Salary negotiable based on experience
