We are currently seeking a

Certified Dental Assistant (CDA)

who is professional, motivated, and passionate about patient care to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow. Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment according to infection control protocols. Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as required. Maintain accurate patient records using dental software systems such as Dentrix and Epic. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Schedule appointments and manage the front desk duties as needed, including handling patient inquiries. Support orthodontic procedures and assist with pediatric dentistry when necessary. Stay updated on medical terminology and advancements in dental assisting techniques.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with dental software systems, particularly ClearDent, is advantageous. Knowledge of orthodontics, pediatrics, and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) is a plus. Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
