Responsibilities
Support dentists during exams and procedures by preparing and organizing instruments and materials.
Capture and process dental X-rays as required.
Keep detailed and accurate patient records updated regularly.
Provide patients with guidance on oral care and aftercare instructions.
Ensure all dental tools are properly sterilized and the clinical area stays clean.
Manage appointment scheduling and assist with patient coordination.
Work closely with the dental team to deliver comprehensive care across orthodontics, pediatrics, and general dentistry fields.
Required Skills
Experience with dental software applications.
Familiarity with orthodontic terms and procedures.
Prior experience in dental reception duties is advantageous.
Good understanding of dental and medical terminology.
Skilled in dental assisting tasks, including familiarity with CAD technology.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
