We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting the dentist during patient procedures and providing excellent patient care. ```Responsibilities```

- Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits

- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment

- Assist the dentist during dental procedures

- Take and develop dental x-rays

- Provide post-operative instructions to patients

- Maintain accurate patient records

- Schedule patient appointments and manage the office calendar

- Perform dental receptionist duties as needed

```Requirements```

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Completion of an accredited dental assisting program

- X-ray certification

- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures

- Proficiency in Maxident or similar dental software would be an asset

- Experience with orthodontics and pediatric dentistry is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $22.82-$35.85 per hour
