What we are looking for:

An empathetic, dependable, hardworking CDA with good people and assisting skills. One needs to be patient-oriented, have good dental software knowledge and be a team player. Must be comfortable with any dental procedure, including the placement of Rubber dams. A willingness to learn and grow is a desirable quality we will appreciate.

We are open to training enthusiastic and motivated fresh grads if we feel that you will be the right fit for our office. Quite a few of our staff were hired straight out of school. If you are looking for stable, long term employment at a friendly, low-stress environment, we may be your future office.

Who we are:
We are a small group of people who have been working together in a busy South Surrey clinic for the past 20 years. We respect, care and always look out for one another. We believe in teamwork and step up to help one another when needed.

We put our patient care ahead of everything else, and it reflects in everything we do. We are entirely digitized and make the best use of technology. We offer all aspects of dentistry to our patients from Restorative to Endodontics to Invisalign to Implant surgeries.

We have a long term, loyal patient base, but we are always welcoming new patients. We expand our team based on the need. We are never short-staffed.

We make sure we are not stressed out unnecessarily. Dentistry is stressful as it is, so we make every effort to create a positive and comfortable workplace. We have two full time and one PT front end staff and 1 FT and 3 PT CDAs. We have 3 Hygienists, all working part-time. We don't believe overworking one employee in any setting, so we have two people sharing the job, which makes it less stressful.

We hire to retain staff, so if you are not looking for a long term position, we may not be the right office for you. Wages will be dependent on your expertise, experience and what you will bring to the practice. Indicate your baseline when you apply.
