The O&T People are responsible on building the sustainable and repeatable capabilities that support delivery of the highest standards of service and execution. As part of our day to day, we consider colleagues who are in capability to Analyze and review claims, data tools, business processes and operational standards to execute service delivery. O&T evaluates and ensures that operations meet company objectives, business needs, service agreements and relevant requirements. We also are in charge of researching and monitor external landscape to identify developments and translate them into operational implications for the company (e.g., legislation impacting claims processing, regulations influencing business operations and QA standards).Certificates Center of Excellence Our CCE - Certificates Center of Excellence team is a specialized area on the creation, renewal and management of Certificates of Insurance and Auto ID Cards for our Clients. A Certificate of Insurance will provide a summary on the policy and it is generated case by case upon Client specific needs and request. Our main focus it to provide administrative support to client facing brokers by generating, amending, renewing and facilitating a Certificate of Insurance / Auto ID Card and/or any other documentation related to it. The certificates are kept and logged in at our in house system so we can provide further assistance upon renewal, changes on policy documents, endorsements and in general, any coverage changes that the Client might face amongst the duration of their policies. (How does a regular day looks at this role) As a Certificate Specialist I, you will be in charge of receiving different request through a workflow management dashboard related to individual requests from our Clients to assist on the following: - Drafting, creation and generation of certificates of Insurance and Auto ID Cards. - Provide support to Client Service colleagues in transactional activities related to COI / Auto ID Cards. - Efficient and timely production of all related documentation, including releasing a final deliverable to clients directly and/or other Client colleagues. - Maintain contact with different Underwriters, Insurance Company and other Third party providers involved at the COI and Auto ID Generation. - Keep track and maintain evidence and records on any COI/ Auto ID generated including any relevant communication with Client and other parties involved. - Actively participate on preparing the renewal of COI and Auto ID Cards with activities such as: holding meetings with Client and Client Service Team communicate timelines, manage certificate delivery expectations, and flagging any particular condition that might have an effect on our Service Level of Agreement.Qualifications (What you need to apply) High School Diploma or equivalent experience, college degree is preferred No prior experience needed Interest on financial / insurance industry in general Previous experience at Insurance desired but not mandatory Clear and concise oral and written communication skills Strong numerical skills Excellent organization skills - able to prioritize work and meet deadlines Excellent interpersonal skills - able to work within a team Comfortable and experience working with technology (solutions).
