Project Description

The PHSA Regional Digital Solutions team supports clinical information systems that enable safe, consistent patient care across three British Columbia health organizations: Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA), Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH), and Providence Health Care (PHC). This project requires a Cerner application/configuration analyst to join the CST Clinical Design Team in advancing design, configuration, testing, and adoption of designated Cerner Millennium modules--ambulatories preferred--within a complex, multi?organization environment.

Services Required

Bringing Cerner Oncology expertise to requirements analysis, inputs, suggestions on complex build activities to ensure system functionality to meet site requirements. Bringing Oncology Clinical expertise to ensure end users needs and clinical system needs are addressed. Design and build Oncology Foundational build, documentation and Oncology orders. Serves as our Oncology SME for any complex build issues. Provide onsite support for cutover and go live/implementation.

Constraints and Special Considerations

Location/Work Hours:

All consultants must be based in Canada and available to work in alignment with Pacific Time.

Engagement Window:

November 1, 2025 to March 31, 2027.

Environment:

Large, multi?site, multi?stakeholder health system with complex ambulatory workflows and integrations.

Experience and Qualifications

Experience with Cerner Millennium modules, preferably Oncology Modules Experience in Radiation Therapy and/or complex Oncology solutioning Proficient and knowledgeable at building and maintaining Cerner Millennium suite of applications Preferred experience with implementing Cerner Millennium in a complex Acute Care Information Systems environment Experience troubleshooting issues in Cerner, including a high level understanding of the Cerner data model and architecture. Previous Cerner training is an asset

Pay: Up to $100.00 per hour
