We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes and management software. This role offers an opportunity to lead diverse projects, ensure timely delivery, and uphold safety and quality standards across all phases of construction.
Responsibilities
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, utilizing construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, manage resources effectively, and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
Conduct site visits regularly to oversee work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
Prepare and review construction estimates.
Manage procurement processes, including sourcing materials and negotiating contracts with suppliers.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, changes, and issues using construction management software.
Lead team meetings to communicate project status, address challenges, and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
Proven experience in construction management or related roles with a strong understanding of the construction industry.
Knowledge of project management software including ProCore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and other construction management tools.
Strong skills in time management, organization, and multitasking to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and vendors.
Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or economics. Master's degree is high preferred.
