to lead our Code Ninjas center. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving enrollment through local marketing, lead generation, and community outreach, while also managing daily operations and delivering an exceptional experience for families.
The ideal candidate has a background in education or youth programs, strong marketing and communication skills, and a passion for helping kids learn coding and STEM in a fun, engaging environment.
Duties
Oversee the daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the center.
Lead local marketing initiatives and community outreach to drive enrollment and build brand presence.
Develop and implement lead generation strategies through digital marketing, social media campaigns, email outreach, and local partnerships.
Build relationships with local schools, libraries, and community organizations to generate referrals and expand visibility.
Organize and host open houses, demo days, and info sessions to attract new families and showcase program offerings.
Manage parent communications and provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries, feedback, and student progress updates.
Plan and execute seasonal coding camps, workshops, and special events to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
Handle administrative tasks including student enrollment, scheduling, and billing processes with accuracy and professionalism.
Monitor and evaluate overall center performance, including instructional quality, student progression, and operational goals.
Collaborate regularly with the Code Ninjas corporate team to implement curriculum updates, operational standards, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience in education management, center operations, or a related leadership role (e.g., tutoring center, daycare, after-school program).
Proven experience with local marketing, lead generation, and community outreach.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as social media, email campaigns, and Google Ads is a strong asset.
Experience organizing and promoting events, including open houses, workshops, or school fairs.
Previous classroom experience, particularly with a background in early childhood education, is considered an asset.
Passion for education and a genuine interest in technology, coding, or STEM-related learning.
Excellent interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with staff, families, and community members.
