As a Centralized Processing Manager, you will be responsible to deliver exceptional service to our branches and clients. Your strategic planning skills will drive the team\xe2\x80\x99s success and create a memorable experience for all.
A day in the life-
Client communication
Reporting on service level standards for processing teams and support teams
Carrier broker code upkeep
Download reports & distribution to teams
CSIO download errors
Default commissions maintenance in EPIC BMS
Mail distribution
Paperless distribution
Letter & email template library in EPIC BMS
New technology/system discovery, adaptation, implementation & workflow creation
Determine & implement workflow changes to gain efficiencies
Branch location changes impact to carriers and distribution
Participation in projects as required
Effective collaboration & communication with operations teams and leadership
Oversee day-to-day operations of the 4 centralized processing leads & their teams
Talent Management:
Mentor and support team members in their growth
Address questions and concerns respectfully and communicate effectively
Embrace suggestion for improving workflow
Manage change effectively and implement it with the team
Confidently speak in front of others
Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with team leads to review results and career paths
Hold regular team huddles to discuss changes and departmental needs
Perform mid-year and year-end performance reviews
Participate in interviewing and onboarding new staff
Oversee staff offboarding
Manage scheduling including sick time, vacations and leaves
Address performance issues
What you will bring to our team-
Familiarity with processing workflows and best practices
Proficiency in BMS system (EPIC)
Understanding of the importance of the processor\xe2\x80\x99s role
Minimum 5 years of experience in personal lines book and/or processing work
Level 2 insurance license
Ability to coach others
Ability to audit, inspect what you expect
