Location: Ajax, ON
Term: Contract position - 12 months (extendable)
Shift: Days - Monday to Thursday 7:30 am - 4 pm, Friday 7:30 am - 12:30 pm
Pay Rate: $27 - $30 per hour (based on experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an individual to assist the Central Planning Team in maintaining SAP data excellence while supporting a high level of satisfaction in our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the focal for all material master data requests
- Assist in the Creation of Production Materials
- Create and change material master parameters in SAP
- Co-ordinate with Finance Accounting and Costing views in SAP
- Ensure material parameters are aligned with governing rules
- Co-ordinate traceability changes in SAP and PDM utilizing Traceability Change Board (TCB)
- Assist in the coordination of KPI to support the MRP II
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in production planning required
- Degree in Engineering/Business/Operations or related field
- Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
- Knowledge of MRP process is an asset
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Customer focused and results oriented
- Proficiency in the use - Excel, Access, Word, SAP
