Adecco is currently seeking a Central Planning Analyst to join our client's team for a 12-18-month contract in Ajax, ON, paying $27-$30/hour. In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for material master data and support key planning processes in SAP. Working closely with finance, costing, and production teams, you'll ensure data accuracy and alignment with business rules. Ideal for candidates with strong SAP and Excel skills, and a background in operations, planning, or supply chain.

• Pay rate: $27-$30/hour.
• Location: Ajax, ON
• Shifts: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
• Job type: 12-18-month contract| Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for all material master data requests.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of production materials.
• Create and modify material master parameters in SAP.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Costing teams to maintain SAP views.
• Ensure material parameters adhere to governance standards.
• Support traceability changes using SAP and PDM systems via the Traceability Change Board (TCB).
• Assist with KPI reporting to support MRP II systems.

Requirements:

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
• Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented with a customer-focused and results-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with the MRP process is an asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and SAP.
