Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Staff Pharmacist on a permanent full-time basis, located at our Co-op Central Services Pharmacy in Regina, SK. This position requires on-site work. What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

The goal of the Co-op Central Services Facility is to provide exceptional prescription fulfillment services to pharmacies across the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS) contributing to the overall success and the Co-op legacy of providing outstanding patient-oriented professional care. To achieve this, the Staff Pharmacist will:

  • Ensure that the Co-op Central Services Pharmacy operates efficiently and that all prescriptions are accurately prepared, packaged, verified, and distributed.
  • Work with all staff to ensure that record keeping is in alignment with regulatory requirements, and ensuring invoicing and reports are completed on schedule.
  • Exercise professional judgement and practice within federal, provincial, legal, and regulatory requirements, the provincial code of ethics, standards of practice, and polices, being able to demonstrate professional integrity, and upholding a high level of professional standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Local Co-ops including the promotion of prescription fulfillment services.
  • Be responsible for all activities related to the procurement, safekeeping, and disbursement of all narcotics and controlled substances, and monitoring and maintaining the inventory of prescription and over the counter products.

The Team: You will work closely with and oversee Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacy Assistants and will report directly to the Pharmacy Manager. This team strives to cultivate a culture of innovation, teamwork, and work-life balance.

The Customers: You will support pharmacies throughout the CRS, providing top-tier customer service and maintaining regular communication with all stakeholders on services and deliveries.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Pharmacy nd:
  • Have a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Doctorate in Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from a recognized institution.
  • Are in good standing with Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals or eligible for registration.
  • Are Licensed to practice in the Province of Saskatchewan.
  • Are honest, trustworthy, results oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do.
  • Believe in collaboration, building relationships, and value the perspectives of others.

Our pharmacy working hours are from 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday, we are closed on weekends and statutory holidays. This role encourages work-life balance!
