Manager - Operations and Business Development

; an energetic individual with an engaging personality who believes in our philosophy of learning and innovating in a fun environment. You will lead our growing team of coaches and staff at Surrey to provide superior customer service to our students, parents and prospective customers.

Requirements



? Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.

? Able to prioritize tasks and respond to requests in a timely fashion.

? Upbeat, positive, energetic and works Independently.

? Good listener and strong influencer.

? Understanding of marketing principles.

? Proficient in promoting business and using social media.

? Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, web-based applications.

? Very good listener, attentive to prospective client's questions.

? Very effective presentation skills.

? Educational experience and First Aid training is an asset.

? Understanding of robotics and programming an asset.

? Ability to inspire and lead others.

? Pre-employment background check is required.

Responsibilities include:



? Track and respond to all inquiries, via phone, email and social media.

? Conduct tours and describe our programs to prospective students and parents.

? Review program offerings, pricing, and enrollment with prospective students and parents.

? Work with coaches to demonstrate our services to the students.

? Coordinate flow of enrollment, registration, payments, and students for our programs.

? Work with school PAC/PTA's, 3rd party advertising and marketing agencies to strategically target potential students.

? Organizational duties for the office and classrooms.

? Create a positive and safe environment where innovation is encouraged.

? Track student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Coquitlam, BC V3B 1C5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Experience:

managing Kids Education center: 2 years (required)
