Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mobile Phone/Computer Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mobile devices, ensuring they function optimally for our customers. Your technical expertise will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced retail environment.

Duties

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with various mobile devices, including smartphones,tablets, iPads and Computers. Perform repairs on hardware components, including screens, batteries, and internal circuitry. Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to execute repairs efficiently. Analyze operating systems such as iOS and Android to resolve software-related issues. Maintain accurate records of repairs performed and parts used. Assist customers with inquiries regarding device functionality and repair processes. Stay updated on the latest mobile technology trends and repair techniques. Collaborate with management to enhance customer service experiences.

Qualifications

Proficiency in working with Windows, MacOS, and various operating systems is preferred. Experience in retail sales is a plus, providing an understanding of customer service dynamics. Strong knowledge of computer hardware components related to mobile devices. Familiarity with schematics for mobile devices to aid in troubleshooting efforts. Ability to effectively analyze problems and implement solutions promptly. Experience using hand tools for precision repairs is essential. A passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning in the field of device repair.
