We are seeking a skilled Mobile Phone Technician to join our dynamic team. This role involves diagnosing and repairing various mobile devices while providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment. The technician will also be responsible for assisting customers with software troubleshooting and hardware issues.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets, ensuring high-quality service.
Utilize hand tools and schematics to perform repairs and replacements on various components.
Conduct software troubleshooting for both Android and iOS operating systems.
Assist customers with inquiries related to mobile devices, providing expert advice on usage and features.
Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
