Weins Auto Group is looking for a Call Centre Representative at Mississauga Honda. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-orientated individual to join our team. In this customer-focused role, you\'ll handle all incoming customer appointment inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.   • Are a people person. You\'ll be interacting with customers every day.
  • Are tech savvy. You\'ll be responsible all appointment inquiries (by telephone and email), follow-ups, as well as electronically scheduling service appointments.
  • Are a good listener. You take the time to learn about the customer\'s wants and needs to ensure a positive customer service experience.
  • Are a master of lists. You\'ll generate appointment lists on a daily basis.
  • Are organized. You\'ll be responsible for various clerical duties.
  • Are persistent and like to see things through to completion. You\'ll also tackle any obstacles or barriers you may encounter along the way.
You\'ll also need to have:
  • Customer service experience (considered an asset).
