QUALIFICATIONS: BUILDING AND PUBLIC WORKS TECHNOLOGY (221) - REAL ESTATE
Bachelor's or equivalent degree in an appropriate field
OR
AEC in Real Estate with 5 7 years' pertinent experience.
Equivalent establishes a general comparison between two official education systems
AND
Several years related teaching experience at the post secondary level PREFERRED.
Bilingualism (English/French) and ability to teach in French are preferred, as in the context of Bill 96 and the changes to the Charte de la langue francaise, if there is a need, the candidate must be willing and able to teach in French.
Note: In accordance with art. 4-4.04 of the Collective Agreement, the Selection Committee may, exceptionally, recommend to the College that pertinent additional professional and/or industrial experience be considered in lieu of the stated minimum educational requirement. Education superior to the stated minimum requirement may be substituted for professional/industrial experience at the discretion of the selection committee.
