THE CENTRE FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION has the following anticipated vacancies for the FALL 2023 Semester for the EVENING DEC Credit Courses August 28, 2023 to December 12, 2023.

COURSE: 345-101-MQ
TITLE: Knowledge
HOURS: 60
SECTION(S): two (2)
HUMANITIES (345) PHILOSOPHY (340) RELIGION (370)
- Master\'s degree in a related discipline(s) to be taught or equivalent*
- Several years related teaching experience at the post-secondary level preferred
- Knowledge of Quantitative and Research Methods in the Social Sciences preferred
- Excellent English communication skills essential
- Equivalent establishes a general comparison between two official education systems
- Critical approaches to teaching that are attentive to intersectional oppression and forms of social marginalization across the disciplines
- Indigenous worldviews knowledges and pedagogies
- Theoretical and cultural production from the Global South and from marginalized communities
- Climate crisis impacts and climate justice
- Critical approaches to issues in contemporary media
- The arts and their socio-cultural context
