QUALIFICATIONS
BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (410) FINANCE AEC
EDUCATION:
Master's or equivalent degree in Business Administration (MBA) OR; Master's level degree in a related field OR; Bachelor's or equivalent degree and a CPA/CA designation AND a current member in good standing of CPA Canada (Chartered Professional Accountants).
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant business and industry experience.
Several years related teaching experience at the post-secondary level PREFERRED.
Excellent English communication skills required. Bilingual (English/French) candidates PREFERRED.
Bilingualism (English/French) and ability to teach in French are preferred, as in the context of Bill 96 and the changes to the Charte de la langue francaise, if there is a need, the candidate must be willing and able to teach in French.
In addition to basic requirements above, candidates must meet these criteria for the following course:

Bachelors in Computer Science, Business Administration or other relevant field of study as well as minimum 3 years' experience with MS office systems technologies OR Significant Industry experience (10 years minimum) working with MS office systems technologies. Required.

Minimum 2 years teaching experience- an asset
Master level degree in a related field- an asset

This course is a continuation of 420-AO I-AB Introduction to computer applications for business. The most important aspect of the course is the knowledge of MS office systems, particularly excel and how to apply excel skills to business/accounting scenarios. The teacher must have knowledge and experience
working with MS office systems technologies.
