Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) / Dental Assistant(DA) to join our dental practice for the month of January 2026. The ideal candidate will support the clinical team by providing exceptional patient care, assisting with dental procedures, and ensuring smooth office operations. Experience with Tracker dental software is preferred, but not necessary. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on delivering high-quality dental services.

Responsibilities

Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures. Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure all equipment is ready for patient care Take and develop dental radiographs. Provide patient education on oral health and post-treatment care Manage patient records accurately using dental software. Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile clinical environment in compliance with safety standards Support administrative tasks related to patient care coordination and billing processes

Qualifications

Valid CDA certification with current licensure according to provincial requirements Experience with Tracker dental software preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to dental care Strong understanding of dental assisting techniques and infection control protocols Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members Prior experience in dental assisting or related healthcare roles is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate

Pay: $28.00-$38.00 per hour
