Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care and will be responsible for assisting the dental team in various clinical and administrative tasks. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation within our dental practice.

Duties

Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available. Provide chairside support to enhance patient comfort and care during treatments. Perform basic dental procedures under the supervision of the dentist, including taking X-rays and impressions. Maintain accurate patient records using dental software Sterilization of instruments Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment plans, and post-operative care. Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety protocols within the practice.

Skills

Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to dentistry. Strong dental assisting skills, including the ability to perform basic clinical tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members. Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
