Inspections can be completed up to 370 meters in length and we have a range of tractors available to inspect all pipes sizes. Job description
Orcon Infrastructure Ltd. is actively looking for an experienced employee to support our operations on the CCTV Inspection Truck to work at various construction sites throughout the GTA and Ontario. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with good problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently individually or in a team environment. Experience will determine salary.

The CCTV Inspection operator will be responsible for on-site duties that must be performed in a way that coincides with best practices and must be carried out in a manner that in compliant with Orcon's Health and Safety policy and practices. All responsibilities must be performed in a manner that is consistent with Orcon's vision, mission and must comply with all company policies and procedures.
Duties include but not limited to:
Responsible for CCTV inspection and observation of underground infrastructure and identify pipeline conditions & deficiencies
Codes and stores all televised footage using NASCO PACP/MACP/LACP coding format
Operate CCTV equipment in a safe and professional manner
Knowledge of municipal engineering, construction, and maintenance operations
Be able to repeatedly lift 50 lbs; Camera and Crawler equipment
Confined Space Entries, Traffic Control Plans, and Toolbox Safety Talks
Maintain clean truck and CCTV equipment.
Ability to read and understand site drawings
Trouble shoot issues and equipment, including preventative maintenance
Complete all required field paperwork in a timely manner
Maintain logs and other forms of record keeping
Must be able to work in all outdoor elements for extended periods of time
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 year's experience using CCTV equipment to inspect underground infrastructure
Experience working within the City of Toronto is an asset
NASSCO Certification (PACP, MACP, LACP) is mandatory
Experience working on Flusher truck is an asset
Confined Space and Working at Heights certification is an asset
Mechanical and technical experience considered an asset
Willing to learn and work alone or in a team environment
Must be capable of working extended hours and variable shifts.
Must possess and be able to maintain a valid Province of Ontario class "G" driver's license.
Able to provide a clean driver's abstract
Knowledge on the Occupational Health & Safety Act and the regulations
WHMIS Certificate, First Aid Certification, CPR Certificate all an asset
