Qualifications, Experience & Ability
Core French/Integrated French Teacher

Minimum Qualifications


+ Bachelor of Education Degree;
+ French Second Language Methodology
+ Minimum Advanced French Proficiency (as verified by the OPI instrument)
+ Teaching methods courses at corresponding levels (Grades 4 to 6 Core French requires Elementary methodologies, Grades 7 to 12 Core French requires Secondary methodologies)

Predominately demonstrated through the interview process, the candidate will be assessed on their ability to effectively deal with situations that are likely to arise. External applicants must meet a minimum threshold of 70%.
