Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

Providing day-to-day maintenance, janitorial, grounds keeping, and general caretaking duties including and not limited to the following:

Ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained physical environment by ways of snow removal, yard care, cleaning, general maintenance, upkeep, daily inspections, and repairs Overseeing security, fire prevention, and other safety systems Liaison between tenants/owners and the property manager. Ensuring compliance with regulations and requirements of Health departments, Municipal fire and police, or any other municipal, provincial, or federal authority having jurisdiction Arranging for third party service providers as required Arranging unit improvements as instructed by the Property Manager and overseeing the contractors' work. Rent collections and posting ORT notices Move-in and move-out inspections Cleaning units and showing to prospective tenants

Job Types: Permanent, Casual

Pay: $18.50-$22.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
