Job Description

We are looking for professional caulking and sealant applicators to join our friendly team.

Our projects include variety of commercial and institutional sites with work scopes ranging from standard perimeter sealant to detail finishing caulking within Greater Toronto Area.

Responsibilities:



Apply caulking, sealants, and firestop materials to various building surfaces and joints to provide watertight, airtight, and fire-resistant seals. Install firestopping systems around penetrations in walls, floors, and ceilings. Perform surface preparation and cleaning prior to application of sealants and firestopping products. Work with fire-rated and non-fire-rated materials in accordance with safety standards and specifications. Follow project plans and specifications for material selection, installation techniques, and safety requirements. Ensure all installations meet quality standards and building code requirements. Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety procedures and regulations. Provide exceptional service while working collaboratively with project teams.
Candidates should have experience in application of commercial sealants, be reliable, able to follow instructions, trustworthy, safety oriented, own a vehicle, comfortable with work at heights, experience of minimum 1 year is a must.
