Responsibilities
Learn and master our established recipes and production systems
Lead and supervise event prep and service execution
Ensure consistency in food quality, portioning, and presentation
Support and organize prep teams to maximize accuracy and efficiency
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen environment
Work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef Admin to meet all event timelines and standards
Train and support kitchen staff on food handling, safety, and best practices
Oversee inventory during events and help reduce waste
Foster a positive and professional kitchen culture
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in catering, banquets, or high-volume service
Strong technical culinary skills and knowledge of professional kitchen operations
Familiarity with food safety regulations and HACCP standards
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
Highly organized and dependable
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by events
