We're currently seeking a
Catering Coordinator

We're looking for someone who can think independently, problem-solve under pressure, and also follow systems and standards that ensure our events run smoothly and clients stay delighted.
Your Core Responsibilities
Sales & Client Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Prepare customized quotes, proposals, and event packages
Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
Conduct site visits and manage client communication from inquiry through post-event feedback
Event Coordination & Operations
Oversee all phases of event planning, budgeting, and execution
Create and manage event specifications (maps, floorplans, menus, logistics)
Track inquiries, maintain organized files, and schedule follow-ups
Ensure flawless execution of events with a focus on client satisfaction and quality control
Team Leadership & Compliance
Foster a respectful and positive work environment for event staff
Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance, Health & Safety, WHMIS, and other regulatory standards
Support and enforce provincial liquor regulations during events
Hands-On Support
This is a working management role that may occasionally involve:
Packing and loading event equipment
Assisting with buffet and beverage service
Overseeing on-site set-up and teardown
General post-event cleanup and organization

Requirements
Valid
G-Class
Driver's Licence
Access to your
own vehicle
(public transportation is not an option)
Fluent in spoken and written English
Comfortable with physical labour and long shifts when needed
Prior experience in catering, events, sales, or hospitality is a strong asset
