Job Title: Cook/Catering Staff - Full Time

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cook/Catering Staff member to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in fulfilling catering orders, ranging from breakfast platters to sandwiches and salads, as well as a variety of other assortments. Responsibilities include food preparation, kitchen cleanup, and producing ready-to-eat foods for take-out consumption. This position also involves managing catering services and handling walk-in requests at our storefront. Flexibility for weekend availability is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare a diverse range of catering orders, including breakfast platters, sandwiches, salads, and assorted items. Ensure timely and accurate execution of all catering orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen during and after food preparation. Produce ready-to-eat foods for take-out consumption. Manage catering services and assist with walk-in customer requests at the storefront. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Communicate effectively with team members and customers. Collaborate with others to coordinate all necessary deliveries.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role in the food industry. Strong culinary skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others. Flexibility to work full-time hours, including weekends as necessary. Must be reliable and committed to a long-term position.
