:We are currently seeking a highly motivated Catering Attendant for a reputable and global professional services firm in downtown Vancouver. The successful candidate will have experience in the catering, hospitality, or food & beverage industry, with excellent customer service skills and a high level of professionalism. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a high-performing team and grow within a professional environment.Catering Attendant Duties:

• Prepare and set up catering items and furnishings for meetings and events.
• Maintain cleanliness of boardrooms, coffee stations, lounge, and communal spaces, including regular cleaning of appliances.
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Assist with placing and managing food and beverage orders, working with caterers, and ensuring budget compliance.
• Support event logistics for in-person events, even outside business hours.
• Manage inventory and procure supplies with proper approval.
• Clean the catering station at the end of the day.
• Process invoices and allocate to the correct client and category.

• Greet clients and visitors, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
• Handle incoming calls and messages.
• Schedule conference and meeting rooms, coordinating with the hospitality, facility, and technical teams.
• Maintain security pass logs and conduct audits.
• Issue temporary security passes to staff.
• Administer cleaning, maintenance, and access card requests.
• Perform related administrative tasks, including preparing invoices, running reports, and posting internal communications.

• Previous experience as a Receptionist/Admin in a professional services firm
• Previous experience in F& B or catering
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and strives for excellence
• Ability to work flexible hours depending on business\' needs
