Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Caterer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety. This role involves preparing and serving high-quality meals for various events, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The Caterer will play a vital part in delivering exceptional dining experiences and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food handling.

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu specifications and client preferences Serve food efficiently and professionally at events or in a restaurant setting Assist with meal planning, portioning, and presentation to ensure appealing presentation Handle food safely, adhering to all health regulations and safety standards Set up and clean up catering areas, including tables, serving stations, and utensils Manage food storage, inventory, and replenishment to ensure freshness and quality Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during events or daily operations Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas in compliance with safety standards

Requirements

Proven experience in food service, catering, or restaurant environments Strong skills in serving, food preparation, cooking, and meal presentation Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced settings Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor Kitchen experience or background in the food industry is preferred Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed Flexibility to work during weekends or evenings if required by event schedules or operational needs
