Grow your career with a company that shares your passion! Sodexo Canada has the position you are looking for. One of our fast-paced dining outlets is looking for an energetic, cross trainable and courteous individual that will work as a Catering Administrator!

• Review catering & event detail orders and requests in a corporate office setting
• Communicate with clients
• Problem solve challenges with limited availability
• Manage catering process, including changes, updates, and cancellations
• Validate requests meet minimum criteria
• Audit meeting room allocations for efficiencies
• Create floorplans as required
• Generate reports as required

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in a similar hospitality environment
• Exceptionally service oriented
• Well-organized multi-tasker
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly agile and adaptable
• Able to work well under pressure
• Software skills include Delphi, CVENT, Microsoft Office, Social Tables
• Experience in meeting, bookings, catering events, and hotel reservations processes and software
• Must be a self-starter, able to take initiative, running projects from start through to completion with minimal oversight
• Post-secondary diploma / degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
