Are you a category management expert ready to shape retail strategies and drive growth for a leading natural health brand? Join the Webber Naturals sales team as a Category Manager! In this pivotal role, you'll be the go-to resource for category insights, applying best practices to achieve mutual success with our key retail partners all while championing our core values, including Sustainability.

In This Role You Will:

Analyze internal and external business challenges to identify growth opportunities and recommend impactful solutions. Generate actionable shopper, channel, and category insights through in-depth data analysis and category reviews. Analyze planograms to ensure category best practices are implemented and identify areas for improvement for WN and retailers. Research, develop, and oversee innovative go-to-market strategies, promotional opportunities, and product development concepts.

You Have:

5+ years of progressive category management experience within a consumer-packaged goods (CPG) organization. An Undergraduate Degree with a business concentration. Expertise in Space Planning planogramming software. Strong proficiency with NielsenIQ, retailer analytic portal systems, and Microsoft Excel.
