 The Category Business Process Manager has a key role focused on enhancing the efficiency and coordination of Wolseley Canada's corporate program operations. This position will focus on refining operational processes, enhancing corporate program governance, ensuring contract profitability, and defining effective tracking measures and tools. They are responsible for streamlining cross-department processes, fostering collaboration, and driving consistency through the development of project templates, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and consistent workflows. 
 They will work across teams to ensure our program management use is consistent and adheres to best practices. This role demands strong communication abilities, a keen eye for optimizing processes, a passion for creating efficient, collaborative workflows, and advanced proficiency in Enable and Iron Clad.
