Sagkeeng Child and Family Services is looking for mature, reliable and competent Casual Support Workers, Agency Drivers, and Respite Workers to provide support services for our Children and Families, both in and out the Community. RESPONSIBILITIES \xe2\x80\xa2 Safe and timely transport of children or families to and from visits/appointments \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervision of family visits, ensuring all are safe \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide support to children in care, families and foster parents \xe2\x80\xa2 Detailed note writing and documentation EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum completion of high school; or a combination of education and related experience may be considered REQUIREMENTS \xe2\x80\xa2 Valid Class 5 Driver\xe2\x80\x99s license for at least 1 (one) year \xe2\x80\xa2 Driver\xe2\x80\x99s Abstract will be requested, full access to a safe and insured vehicle; with a minimum of $2,000,000 liability \xe2\x80\xa2 Satisfactory Criminal Record, Child Abuse Registry and Prior Contact check \xe2\x80\xa2 Active cellular phone SPECIAL SKILLS \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to write short or detailed contact notes \xe2\x80\xa2 Valid First Aid and CPR Certification preferred
