Queens County Residential Services is a non-profit organization that has openings for casual positions available for individuals looking to support adults with intellectual disabilities in daily living and the development of life skills in a caring and nurturing environment. Supplement your income as casual opportunities exist to work flexible hours including a combination of days, evenings, weekends and over nights, and based on your availability to work, either a few hours or up to 48 hours a week. QUALIFICATIONS: Ideal candidates will have post-secondary training from a recognized community college program or currently enrolled in such a program such as: - Human Services - Youth Care Worker - RCW - Other related health and social service education and experience such as: Nursing, social service work, social work, university degree and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience working in the Human Services field.
