All positions within GHHS require:

Minimum

9 months

of experience as a

Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)

in a long-term care setting

Diploma & CNO registration

Vulnerable Sector Check

completed within

6 months

2 Step TB test completed

within

6 months and/or Chest x-ray

within

12 months

Immunization records

(MMR, Varicella, tDap; Hepatitis B is an asset)

COVID-19 vaccine passport

(minimum 3 doses)

Valid N95 mask fit test & CPR certification
