Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN OR RN Nurse to join our home. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care to a 5 year old child with tracheostomy and feeding tube.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient treatment plans Educate patients and their families on health management and post-treatment care instructions Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations Utilize medical terminology effectively to document patient information and communicate with team members Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients at all times Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies with professionalism and compassion

Experience

Proven experience in nursing or patient care roles preferred Strong knowledge of medical terminology and nursing practices Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide empathetic patient support Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Prior experience in a clinical setting is advantageous but not mandatory for entry-level candidates willing to learn

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
